At Cultiv8Community, we believe in creating healthy habitats for everyone: plants, animals, and humans. And that means creating and restoring beautiful, energy-efficient spaces where people can thrive! Take a look below at our past housing offerings. Currently, we are working to build our inventory and will have new houses available soon. We also have downpayment assistance and no-cost first time homebuyer counseling programs.

Are you a first time home buyer that would like coaching or home buyer education from an objective source? We partner with a nonprofit called Communities Unlimited to help you navigate the process whether you buy a home with us or not. They can also help you know, repair or prepare things like your credit score so that when you are ready to buy, you will be ready.
